David has been involved in numerous large-scale projects and acted on behalf of numerous global and local occupiers of real estate in transactions, project management and advisory.
David has a Bachelor of Property and a Graduate Diploma in Finance. David is a qualified Valuer and a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. David is a Fellow of the RICS and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
Over 17 years’ experience in real assets, providing strategic advice and analysis on direct and indirect investments.
Lee’s experience includes developing and executing investment and disposal strategies, raising and managing capital, underwriting, asset optimisation, and valuation.
Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from Magdalen College, University of Oxford, UK
