CapStra originates, underwrites and manages loans on behalf of our institutional capital partners, having successfully placed and managed ~$1bn of property debt since 2018.

As we conduct loan origination and management on behalf of our capital partners, we draw upon our extensive networks, credit experience, transaction structuring, negotiation and documentation skills.
Our comprehensive understanding of risk, return and market opportunities; our knowledge of Australian commercial property, banking and finance markets; and relationships with key participants, means we are able to efficiently manage the allocation of our partner’s capital to those opportunities that meet their debt investment criteria.
